We have a Lane Chloe Recliner chair purchased about 4 years ago. Two years ago the recliner mechanism failed. I have been meaning to get it fixed…so I finally called Mathis Brothers, the furniture store where we purchased the chair. They looked up my purchase and let me know that Lane has a lifetime warranty on the recliner mechanism and they would coordinate an in-home repair by a local repair company. Same day we received a call from the repair company, they had ordered the part and would call when received to visit and complete the repair. Two weeks later they received the part, scheduled the repair, came out at the scheduled time and now it is fixed and working fine.

Tip: When you need a repair, investigate if there is an existing warranty by looking at the manufacturer’s website or calling the store where you purchased it. You may be pleasantly surprised with a free repair!
