This dip was the hit of family parties in my childhood. I’ve been bringing it back as a retro favorite!

French Family Clam Dip

  • One 6.5 oz. can minced clams, drain and reserve juice
  • 1/2 small red onion chopped fine
  • One 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 dashes Worcester sauce
  • Garlic salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and thin with reserved clam juice adding a tablespoon at a time until smooth and thin enough to dip! Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Great with ripple dip potato chips.
